1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mila Management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mila Management provides a cloud-based property management platform that enables property managers to manage properties, units, leases, tenants, payments, maintenance requests, and related operations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Subscription and Payment
The Service is offered under tiered subscription plans billed on a per-unit basis. Pricing, features, and limits are described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (d) upload malicious code or content; (e) scrape or data-mine the Service without authorization.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILA MANAGEMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
